Aerial view of villas with pools and gardens in Dubai
Process

Four steps. No surprises.

Here's exactly what happens between your first message and the day we hand over the garden.

01

Free site visit

We come to the villa, walk the plot with you, measure, photograph and ask how you live outside: who uses the garden, when, and what annoys you now. You'll leave with first ideas the same day.

  • 30 to 45 minutes on site
  • No cost, no obligation
  • Bring your community's villa plan if you have it
02

Design & quote

Within a few days we send a concept layout, a planting palette and an itemised quote. We adjust until the plan and the budget both feel right.

  • 3 to 7 days
  • Two layout options for larger gardens
  • Material samples brought to you
03

Build

We build in the right order: groundwork and drainage, paving and structures, irrigation, turf and planting, then lighting. One project lead keeps you updated on WhatsApp with photos.

  • 1 to 6 weeks depending on scope
  • Work hours follow your community's rules
  • Site kept tidy daily
04

Handover & aftercare

A walkthrough of everything, a plain-language care guide and irrigation schedule, and a check-in after the first month while plants settle.

  • Care guide and watering schedule
  • Month-one check-in
  • Maintenance plans available on request
Approvals

Permits and community rules.

Dubai villa communities have their own guidelines. Planting, turf and paving inside your plot usually don't need approval, but fixed structures (pergolas, gazebos, extensions and changes to boundary walls) often need a no-objection certificate (NOC) from the developer or community management.

We check your community's requirements before quoting, prepare the drawings for the NOC, and schedule work so nothing starts before approval. Rules change, so always treat our guidance as a starting point and confirm with your community.

What we need from you

  • Your community and villa type
  • Photos or a plot plan, if handy
  • Your budget range (roughly is fine)
  • Who will use the garden and how
